Price Match Promise

If you find any of our products for sale at a cheaper price on an approved UK online retailer website, then we promise to match or beat the price if we can.

To be eligible for our Price Match Promise:

• The products must be an identical match with each other
• The product must be in stock on both our's and our competitor's website
• The price match is only applicable to the actual price displayed on the competitors website, plus any delivery costs
• The price match promise will not include any offers available on other sites, such as 10% off discounts, vouchers or limited time offers
• The price match promise does not include auction and marketplace sites, such as Ebay or Amazon Marketplace
• The price match promise does not include physical bathroom stores, or any supermarkets or wholesale outlets
• The price match promise is limited to 2 products per order, and a maximum of 4 orders per 12 months per customer.
• The competitor must be an online store only and not have a retail location
• The price must be displayed on a competitor website in GBP sterling so that we can make a like for like comparison

We also reserve the right to:

• Refuse the price match promise if it results in a loss to ourselves
• We may discontinue the price match promise at any time
• We are unable to offer the price match promise once an order has been completed. You must inform us BEFORE you make an order for us to be able to verify your request, and at that point will send you a draft order
